Children's Pepto is intended to be used by children over 24 pounds and is salicylates and aspirin free. Children's Pepto relieves upset stomach, soothes acid indigestion, heartburn and sour stomach. Each chewable tablet contains 161 mg of calcium and is sodium free. Dosage is based on weight and can be repeated as needed.
